Today I have a new Fine Art Photoshop/PSE action called "Soft Indigo B&W". This is a really nice slightly tinted B&W enhancement that looks gorgeous on so many images. I think you will find it very useful!
This one doesn't even need a tutorial. Simply run it on your image and adjust the opacities or paint on the layer masks if needed. I usually don't many any adjustments, but if I do I adjust the opacity of the "Soft Contrast Pop" layer slightly.
