The first BMW M2 sold in the DC area is now up for sale on Craigslist. According to the ad, the M2 has a little bit over 900 miles on the odometer, stock power with no accidents and has never been raced or tracked.
The owner is taking offers starting at $65,000 and it comes with BMW Wheels/Tire package – a $2,000 value – and the 6 year / 100K miles Extended Maintenance package – $4,000. The maintenance package offers great value considering the 2017 models switched to the 3K/36mi warranty.
The 2016 BMW M2 went on sale in April at authorized BMW centers starting at $51,700 plus Destination and Handling and it’s nearly sold out in the US.
Under the hood, the M2 features a 370 hp 3.0 liter turbocharged, devilishly fast, getting from 0-60 in just over four seconds and its 343 lb-ft of torque (369 lb-ft for temporary overboost) allows it to roast its rear tires on command.
