You may be impacted by some more pressing matters in life, but the sheer sight of this Long Beach Blue BMW M2 will take your mind off the daily grind – at least temporarily. This project comes courtesy of Mode Carbon, a highly popular producer of aftermarket carbon fiber aero parts. Their latest creation is a set of carbon fiber parts for one of the most highly coveted performance cars out there today.
The base for this aftermarket project is a BMW M2. A vehicle that needs no introduction, yet it’s still worth mentioning the power it brings to table. The M2 is powered by a 3.0-liter straight-six engine with BMW TwinPower Turbo technology capable of delivering 370 horsepower. Thanks to the impressive power output and its small size, it can sprint from 0 to 62mph (0-100km/h) in just 4.3 seconds – if optioned with the fast 7-speed M Dual Clutch Transmission.
The BMW M2 features a near perfect weight distribution, amazing handling and gorgeous looks. All of which work together to lure new customers to the M division. For the most part, a few aftermarket touches is all that this vehicle needs. The same principle was applied with this project. Namely, the BMW M2 is equipped with a Mode Carbon rear carbon fiber diffuser and a rear decklid spoiler. Two perfect touches that make its rear pop right up!
