Today I have a new fine art texture to share with you. I made this using the Topaz Impression Photoshop/PSE plug-in (app).
This is my edit of this original image using my "Winter Portrait Luxe" action.
I added this texture in Overlay blending mode. You can also try soft light or screen.
Then I added a layer mask and removed the texture off her face with a soft black brush.
