Even though the Rolls-Royce Dawn hasn’t been out for long and the manufacturing process does take a bit longer than on a normal car, it seems like the best looking car the British have on sale today is already doing great.
To some, tuning or modifying a Rolls would be blasphemy. Tuning a Rolls-Royce isn’t something one does easily but then again, the status and image these cars bring to their owners is something that can’t be ignored. Therefore, all sorts of rich and less rich people are buying them, to prove their worth, and some of them, decide to further modify them.
As for the cars in the pictures below, they were done over at Exotic Euro Cars of Woodland Hills, California and feature Forgiato custom wheels. Since both of these Dawns are configured them same, telling the two convertibles apart is up to a red coach line applied on only one of the two. That’s also the car that’s now wearing a set of Forgiato Drea wheels with brushed centers and chrome lips. On the other hand, the second Dawn is featuring a set of Forgiato Autonomo-L wheels with gloss black center caps and chromed lips.
Whether or not these wheels fit the bespoke character of the cars, it’s up to you to decide. In the meantime, we’ll remind you that one of these luxurious open tops can easily go for about $400,000 so adding anything to them must be done with the uttermost care. Under the hood hides another jewel, a 6.6-liter V12 good for 563 HP and 820 Nm (605 lb-ft) of torque that will send the open top luxobarge to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 5 seconds.
