With so many aftermarket carbon fiber aero companies out there, one can get rather overwhelmed with the possibilities offered. The latest one to present their work is California-based ENLAES who unveiled a BMW M4 Convertible project.
What started off as a run-of-the-mill BMW M4 – if ever there was such a thing – finished as a stunning advertising piece for the aftermarket tuning industry. One that that hasn’t been touched is M4’s performance which is still driven by the 3.0 titer BMW TwinPower Turbo engine, churning out 425 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of peak torque from 4000 to 5500 rpm. The power is harnessed through a 7-speed M Double Clutch Transmission with Drivelogic that allows the M4 to roar from 0 to 60 mph in 4.1 seconds.
This aerodynamics package for the BMW M4 by ENLAES consists of a carbon fiber front lip add-on spoiler, sideskirts, a rear aero diffuser, all topped off with a rear decklid spoiler. The Alpine White – as always – works perfect with the carbon fiber tuning touches, giving the BMW M4 a unique contrasting outer appeal.
Finally, the addition of a set of Matte Black aftermarket wheels completes this BMW M4 Convertible project. The required work was done by Boden Autohaus.
