Imagine This: BMW X0 Rendering Goes a Bit Too Far

BMW X0 2

Usually, when BMW models are compared to their rivals, it involves other premium brands, be it from Germany, the US, UK or even Japan. But comparing them to the products designed by Suzuki is a far more seldom appearance.

Today, we’re going to see what happens when renderers go too far. Renderings are usually helpful when trying to get a discussion started about a certain topic. Putting together digitally manipulated images to get a better grasp of what certain models would look like, does feel like a good idea and usually allows us to criticize or praise certain efforts. Even designers do it when they are sketching out a new model.

However, this type of work has to make sense. Putting together various bits and pieces from random cars, won’t cut it in 99% of the time. It is probably the case with this rendering dubbed BMW X0 by its creator. X-Tomi Design put together brilliant renderings up until now. This latest one features a Suzuki body with BMW hints here and there.

It’s all fun and games after all, and this could never come to life, at least in this shape. The kidney grilles up front and the BMW 7 Series wheels are the best parts of this ‘Frankensteinian’ creation but other than that, we couldn’t really see it happen. If BMW does continue to offer front-wheel drive models though, this might be a vision into the future, with markets such as China possibly being OK with the looks as long as there’s a blue and white roundel on the hood.
