Last season, Leicester City won the English Premier League Title in an unexpected upset. For their efforts, each of the 19 remaining players have received a very special bonus from the team’s owner. Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, owner of Leicester City FC gave each of the 19 players their very own BMW i8.
And as expected, that has created some problems in the club’s parking lot. According to The Mirror, several Leicester City players deciding to wrap their cars in different colors to avoid confusion. Among those known to have requested the color change are Riyad Mahrez, Jeffrey Schlupp, Wes Morgan and Danny Simpson.
Tasked to accomplish this job were the folks at AC13 Premier in Nottingham, a bespoke vehicle provider managed by ex-Premier League striker Marlon Harewood. 23-year-old Jeffrey Schlupp opted for the matte black wrap, while others will have their own “custom paint.”
