BMW M2 gets new wheels and a racing wrap

BMW M2

The BMW M2 is currently the darling of the automotive world. The M2 is often references as the only true successor to the BMW E46 M3, in size, performance and driving dynamics. However, the M2 is a much more powerful and agile sports car. In retrospective, so was the BMW E46 M3 when pitted against its predecessors.

The M2 is powered by a 3.0-liter straight-six engine with BMW TwinPower Turbo technology capable of delivering 370 horsepower enough to propel it to 62mph (0-100km/h) in just 4.3 seconds – if optioned with the fast 7-speed M Dual Clutch Transmission system. The BMW M engineers have worked tirelessly to reduce weight wherever possible, improve rigidity and hone the M2’s responses via sophisticated chassis technology and electronics, while upgrading the aerodynamics and cooling.

This BMW M2 comes courtesy of ATT-TEC Performance. They’ve chosen the M2 to be their show car. The aftermarket additions have slowly started to trickle in on this particular vehicle, like for example the new BBS wheels and the utmost cool wrap job! The wheels chosen are BBS CI-R model, a lightweight solution that fits perfectly the performance nature of the BMW M2. Additionally, the M2 is equipped with a set of KW Suspension Variante 3 coilovers and Eventuri Air Intake system.

But, knowing ATT-TEC, there will be new aero and performance parts coming for this vehicle in the future.

The wrap is synonymous with the historical BMW M racing colors, seen on liveries throughout the ’80s and ’90s.
