BMW F30 335i With VMR V801 Wheels In Mercury Black

Just ordering a brand new BMW F30 3 Series is more than enough for most owners. The luxury midsize sedan offers supreme performance, handling and comfort levels. It also brings a dose of sporty behavior to this model range – something so eagerly welcomed by most BMW owners. On the other hand, owners that like to bring a touch of personalization to their cars are most often pushed to the aftermarket industry in order to modify their cars. Hence, the owner of this vehicle turned to VMR Wheels in order to give his vehicle a new stance and exterior look.

For the BMW 335i – found just a touch below the much famed BMW M3 and BMW M4 versions – the performance aspect is one of its main appeals. The BMW 335i comes with a 3.0-liter BMW TwinPower Turbo engine that delivers 300 horsepower. The power is delivered through an 8-speed STEPTRONIC automatic transmission with Adaptive Transmission Control (ATC), powering the rear wheels. It combines a twin-scroll turbocharger with variable valve control (Double-VANOS and Valvetronic) and high-precision direct injection for a smoother and more precise power delivery.

This allows the BMW 335i to sprint from 0-62mph (0-100km/h) in as low as 5.5 seconds. In a nutshell, it’s a perfect foundation for a set of aftermarket wheels.

These VMR V801 wheels feature a design that’s similar to the ZPC M666 wheels, found on the all-new BMW M3 and M4. The wheels seen here are sized 19×8.5 and 19×9.5 in the rear, respectively.  With these V801 wheels, the diamond cut face is highlighted by Mercury Black accent with a high gloss translucent throughout. The bright mirror finished face with highly reflective Mercury Black accent creates an immensely dynamic, lustrous appearance.
