The Europeans struggled in general as County Louth's Thomas Mulligan added an 81 to his opening 75 in the prestigious Junior Invitational at exclusive Sage Valley near Augusta.
Mulligan made three mid-round birdies but three bogeys and three doubles left him tied for 50th on 12-over.
Australia's Min Woo Lee added a 65 to his opening 71 to lead by a shot on eight-under-par from American Garrett Barber and Chile's Joaquin Niemann.
After previous clinics by the likes of Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, the players got to see former world No 1 Jason Day go through his paces on the range.
