This project from Vossen will definitely raise some controversy, especially among the more conservative BMW ownership base. After all, the BMW F10 M5 featured here comes with a set of gold finished wheels and a serious, slammed to the floor looks as well. Alongside these unorthodox additions, the M5 also features a selection of carbon fiber parts installed. Overall, it makes for a somewhat unconventional look, yet for some, it will be the perfect looking car.
The build started with a BMW M5 in stock form. The M5 is powered by a 4.4 L V8 turbo petrol engine, the F10 M5 ticks all the performance boxes. The BMW M5 of this generation is capable of accelerating from 0-62 mph (0-100km/h) in 4.2 seconds and its top speed is limited to 250 km/h (155 mph). However, an unrestricted (limiter removed) M5 can hit a top speed of 186 mph (300 km/h).
The wheels installed on this vehicle come from Vossen Wheels. These Vossen CG-203 are forged, custom built wheels and feature the utmost perfect fitment for the desired application as well. The wheels are machined in sizes of a 20×9.5 in the front and 20×11 inches in the rear, respectively. The owner of this BMW M5 went with a striking Matte Bronze finish, yielding a rather unique vehicle and wheel color combination.
Additionally, the vehicle is lowered with an airride suspension, done thanks to Boden Autohaus, who also installed the wheels. The M5 also features a carbon fiber front add-on spoiler, a set of carbon fiber side skirts, while in the rear, you’ll find a carbon fiber trunk hood and a rear diffuser, all finished off with a rear decklid spoiler.
