The power is harnessed through a 7-speed M Double Clutch Transmission, equipped with Drivelogic, allowing the M4 GTS to sprint from 0 to 62mph (0-100km/h) in as low as 3.6 seconds. The vehicle comes ready for the racetrack right from the factory, thanks to several upgrades compared to the normal BMW M4. These forged wheels start at a mere 16lbs, pushing the R101 style to the next level.
The R101 LW is specifically designed for individual vehicle models – like this M4 GTS – creating the ultimate in lightweight optimization for street use. Every vehicle model has a different load rating and power output, so HRE utilized this data to redesign the R101 for each model application fine-tuning each detail of the wheel to remove weight and add stiffness where possible.
For this build, the wheels are sized 20×9.5 in the front and 20×11 in the rear. The wheels come with a Satin Charcoal finish. Additionally, the owner opted-in for a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The tires are sized 265/30/20 in the front and 305/25/20 in the rear.
