The car wrapping trend seems to never die. The camo wraps, satin wraps and everything in between has been rocking the aftermarket industry for a few years. With a cost for a wrap going anywhere from $4,000 to $6,000 in most cases, you cannot be but puzzled by the choice of choosing a wrap versus an original, BMW Individual paint. But for some, the convenience and the quickness of which the wrap can easily be removed, is worth the top dollars.
The owner of this Satin Blue BMW 4 Series Coupe gave his vehicle a rather unique looks. The vehicle is adorned with a gorgeous satin blue wrap, paired with some carbon fiber parts and a set of Vossen CVT wheels. While the wrap may not be everyone’s cup of tea, the wheels follow the current trend of directional wheels. For this build, the wheels are sized 20×8.5 in the front and 20×10.5 in the rear. They are painted in a Polished Silver finish.
This BMW 4 Series coupe comes with a few carbon fiber touches, a front lip spoiler, side skirts, a rear diffuser and a rear decklid spoiler. The BMW 435i is powered by a 3.0-liter BMW TwinPower Turbo engine, developing 300 horsepower. The award-winning engine combines a twin-scroll turbocharger with variable valve control (Double-VANOS and Valvetronic) and high-precision direct injection, allowing for a smooth and efficient power delivery.
Furthermore, thanks to the engine being mated to an 8-speed Sport Automatic transmission that comes with automatic Sport and Manual shift modes and steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters, it clearly exerts some impressive performance.
The BMW 435i takes 5.0 seconds for the 0-62mph (0-100km/h) acceleration run – while not spectacular, it’s still rather good. Combine that with a top speed of 155mph (250km/h), and the 435i Coupe may be that perfect balance of performance, luxury, and pricing in this product range.
